This website is operated by Farpace. By visiting the store or buying from it you agree to these terms.

Products and prices

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Prices are shown in your local currency and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Digital guides

The digital guides included with the Complete Kit are for your personal use and may not be resold or redistributed.

Safe use

Farpace is designed for running, cycling, hiking and everyday use. Adjust the straps before every activity, follow the care instructions and clean the bladder regularly.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the store.

Intellectual property

All texts, images, logos and designs on this site belong to Farpace or are used with permission. Please don't copy them without our written consent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
