Free shipping on every order.

Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak periods this can extend to 5 business days. Once your order has shipped you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Estimated delivery times

Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days of being placed. Some destinations may take up to 18 business days.

Where we ship

We ship to Spain, the rest of the European Union and most countries worldwide. The countries available are shown at checkout. If yours isn't listed, email us at contact@farpace.store and we'll try to find a solution.

Tracking

Every shipment includes a tracking number so you can check where your parcel is at any time. It's normal to see periods with no tracking updates while the parcel moves between warehouses and logistics hubs.

Is your order taking longer than expected?

If more than 26 calendar days have passed since you placed your order and it still hasn't arrived, email us at contact@farpace.store and we'll sort it out with you.
